Chaturfan Terms of Service

Welcome to Chaturfan! These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of the Chaturfan mobile and web applications (the “Service”). By using Chaturfan, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.
1. Overview of the Service
Chaturfan provides a platform for creators to sell digital files (such as music, ebooks, PDFs, tutorials, and other downloadable content) directly to their fans. The Service integrates with Google Workspace (Drive, Sheets, Apps Script) and optional payment providers (such as Stripe).
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old (or the age of legal majority in your jurisdiction) to use Chaturfan. By using the Service, you represent that you meet these requirements.
3. Your Account & Data

Google Account Access: You will be asked to sign in with your Google account. Chaturfan requests limited permissions to create and manage a Google Drive folder, Google Sheet, and Apps Script project on your behalf.

Your Responsibility: You are responsible for maintaining the security of your Google account, uploaded files, and any generated payment links.

Data Ownership: All files and metadata remain in your Google account. Chaturfan does not claim ownership of your content.
4. Use of the Service
You agree to use the Service only for lawful purposes. You may not:

Upload or sell illegal, infringing, or harmful content.

Misuse Google’s APIs or Stripe’s payment services.

Attempt to reverse-engineer, hack, or disrupt the Service.
Violation of these rules may result in suspension or termination of your access.
5. Payments & Stripe

Optional Integration: Payments are handled entirely through Stripe. Connecting your Stripe account is optional.

Chaturfan’s Role: We do not process payments or handle customer payment information. Stripe’s terms and policies apply when you use their service.

Your Responsibility: You are responsible for complying with applicable tax, financial, and legal obligations arising from sales.
6. Intellectual Property

Your Content: You retain ownership of any digital files you upload and sell through the Service.

Chaturfan Content: The Chaturfan app, brand, and website design are owned by us and protected by intellectual property laws.
7. Disclaimer of Warranties
The Service is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. We make no warranties that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or suitable for every purpose.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law:

Chaturfan is not liable for lost profits, data, or any indirect or incidental damages arising from your use of the Service.

Our total liability for any claim related to the Service will not exceed the amount you paid (if any) to use the Service.
9. Termination
You may stop using the Service at any time by deleting the Google Drive folder, Sheet, and Apps Script project created during onboarding, and by revoking Chaturfan’s access from your Google Account Security Settings.
We may suspend or terminate access if you violate these Terms or misuse the Service.
10. Changes to the Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Updates will be posted on this page with a revised effective date. Continued use of the Service means you accept the updated Terms.
